2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Webnomics retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and approvals required to complete a project, and for the accuracy of information and materials they supply.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are agreed on a per-project basis, typically structured as milestone-based instalments. Work may pause on projects with overdue payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Webnomics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice, as specified in the relevant project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction over any disputes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
